I bought a defective product, whether it can be replaced?

When you receive your order product in a damaged condition, you can inform us immediately to a maximum of 2 days since the product is received. We will try to replace it with the same product if the product is still in-stock.

Is it possible to do the pre-order?

Pre orders can be made for the desired product has been entered in our database. If the desired product in stock condition is empty and you can CLICK pre order to get the information if the product is in-stock.
